Digital Products

All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. Because access is granted instantly, digital orders cannot be canceled once completed.

Please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase.

Physical Products

Physical items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or production.

Once an order has entered preparation or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@thejmpress.org with your order number as soon as possible.
