At JM Press, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital and physical products. Please review the policy below before making your purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
Once a file has been successfully delivered or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, we will gladly assist if:
• You accidentally purchase the same product more than once (duplicate orders will be refunded).
• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
• There is a technical or formatting error that affects usability.
In such cases, we will provide a corrected or updated version at no additional cost.
Please Note:
We cannot offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases not involving duplicates
• Products that have been successfully downloaded
When a digital product is updated or improved, customers who previously purchased it may receive the revised version at our discretion.
Physical Products
Our physical items (including bookmarks, resin pieces, and limited collections) are carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged physical products within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be returned in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition items may be final sale.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photographs of the damage
• Your order number
We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
