How to use your products with different apps
Our templates are locked for protection. That means:
~ You can write on them, type, highlight, or annotate.
~ You can rearrange or duplicate pages in most apps.
~ You cannot change the underlying design, text, or elements.
~ You cannot unlock or edit the base file.
Below are step-by-step instructions for the most popular apps.
1. Adobe Acrobat / Reader (iPad & Android)
Pricing:
~ Free: view, highlight, comment, annotate with stylus.
~Paid (Acrobat Premium/Pro): needed only if you want advanced editing — not required for JM Press templates since they are locked.
How to set single-page view (no sliding):
- Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader.
- Tap anywhere on the screen to bring up the toolbar.
- Tap the View Mode icon (page icon, or … menu).
- Select Single Page.
- This makes each page snap in place when swiping.

With your JM Press template: you can write on it, highlight, and save progress — no subscription needed for that.
2. Notability (iPad only)

- Tap the … menu (top right).
- Choose View Options → Paginated (Single Page).
