All JM Press digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because access to digital products may be provided immediately after purchase, orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase has been completed and access has been provided.

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a product you purchased, please contact us.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide assistance, corrected access, or a replacement file.
