JM Press currently offers digital products only. Our products are delivered electronically, so there is no physical item to ship.

- Fillable PDF
- Printable file
- Google Sheets template or system

Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after your purchase.
Depending on the product, you may receive your files through the download method provided at checkout or by email.
Please make sure that the email address you provide at checkout is correct and accessible to you.
No physical product will be shipped.
Access & Compatibility

Didn't Receive Your Product?
If you have completed your purchase but cannot find your digital product:
- Check the email address you entered at checkout.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Allow a few minutes for the delivery email to arrive.
- If you still cannot locate your purchase, contact JM Press with your order details and we will help you access your product.
Technical Issues
If your purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, or you experience a genuine technical problem preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us.
We'll do our best to help resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide corrected access or a replacement file.
No Shipping Required
Because JM Press products are digital, there are no shipping fees, shipping times, tracking numbers, customs duties, or physical delivery requirements associated with our digital products.
