Can I type in an interactive PDF?
Usually, interactive PDFs are designed primarily for handwriting and annotation rather than typing into form fields.
If you want a product specifically designed for typing, look for a Fillable PDF product.

Are JM Press products editable?
It depends on what you mean by "editable."
Our products are generally not provided as editable design/source files. You cannot use the original JM Press design files to redesign, modify, or redistribute the product.
However, certain products are designed to be interacted with — for example, you may be able to:
- Write on an interactive PDF
- Type into a fillable PDF
- Enter information into Google Sheets
- Customize certain fields or inputs provided by the product
This does not give you ownership of the underlying JM Press design or intellectual property.
Can I customize a JM Press product?

However, you may not modify, reproduce, redistribute, or resell JM Press products as your own unless you have received express written permission from JM Press.
Can I resell or share my JM Press products?
No.
Your purchase gives you a license to use the product for your permitted personal use.

- Upload it publicly
- Share the download link
- Distribute the files
- Claim the design as your own
- Use it to create a competing product

Do JM Press products come with tutorials?
Some do.
Simple products may only require the instructions included with the product.
More advanced systems — particularly certain Google Sheets products — may include a tutorial or user guide to help you understand the setup and features.

How do I use a Google Sheets product?
If you've purchased a JM Press Google Sheets product, follow the instructions provided with your purchase.
Generally, you'll:
- Open the Google Sheets access link.
- Make your own copy if instructed.

- Explore the connected features, dashboards, trackers, and summaries.

Will I receive a physical product?
No. JM Press currently sells digital products only.
Nothing will be physically shipped to you.
Your purchase will be delivered electronically in the format stated on the product page.
How will I receive my purchase?
Your digital product will be delivered electronically after your purchase.
Depending on the product, you may receive:
- A downloadable file
- A download link
- A Google Sheets access link
- Instructions for accessing your product
- A combination of these
Please check your email after completing your purchase and check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don't see it.
I haven't received my digital product. What should I do?
First:
- Check that you entered the correct email address.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Give the delivery email a few minutes to arrive.
- Check your order confirmation for access information.
If you still cannot access your purchase, contact JM Press with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
We'll help you resolve the issue.
How many times can I download my files?
Download availability may vary depending on the product and delivery system.
Rather than promising a fixed number of downloads for every JM Press product, please save your purchased files securely after downloading them.
If you lose access to a product you've purchased, contact us with your order details and we'll review the situation.
Can I print my digital products?
If the product is provided as a printable PDF, yes.
Some other PDF products may also be printable, but their design may be optimized for digital use.
Always check the individual product listing for printing information.
What size are JM Press printables?
Printing sizes vary by product.
The available size or recommended printing specifications will be stated on the individual product page.
Do not assume that every JM Press printable is US Letter size.
Do JM Press products have different lengths?
Yes.

Are JM Press products made in Canva?
Our products are designed and developed by JM Press using the tools and processes appropriate for each product.
The important thing isn't the software used to create a product — it's the original design, structure, functionality, and experience we create for you.
We don't sell generic, mass-produced templates and present them as JM Press products.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because JM Press products are digital and may be delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally final sale.
We do not generally offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Deciding that a product isn't suitable after purchase
- Successfully receiving or downloading the product

What if I accidentally purchase the same product twice?
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with the relevant order information.
After verifying the duplicate purchase, the duplicate transaction may be eligible for a refund.
What if my file doesn't work?
If your file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or contains a technical issue that materially affects your ability to use it, contact us.
Please include your order number and, where possible, a screenshot or description of the problem.
We'll investigate and, where appropriate, provide corrected access, a replacement file, or another reasonable solution.
Are JM Press products a form of professional advice?
No.
JM Press products are organizational and planning tools.
For example, a budget tracker can help you organize your finances, but it does not constitute financial advice.
Similarly, our journals, planners, workbooks, and other tools are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Can I use a JM Press product for my business?
This depends on the product and its license.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JM Press products are licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or used to create products for commercial distribution.
